Harmison joins England tour party

Harmison, 29, was asked to prove his form and fitness with the Highveld Lions in South Africa, and picked up 13 wickets in just two games.
He was put on standby for the three match series against the Sri Lankans when the squad was announced last month and officially becomes the 16th member of the tour.
Talks between Harmison, chairman of selectors David Graveney, coach Peter Moores and bowling coach Ottis Gibson, who has been observing the performances in Paarl and Potchefstroom, took place on Sunday night.
Harmison missed the previous Test tour of Sri Lanka four years ago and can expect one of world cricket's toughest assignments, according to regular new-ball partner Matthew Hoggard.
"The heat and humidity is one of the biggest things, it drains and saturates you more than it does in a dry, hot country or even in England," said Hoggard.
"The pitches are obviously going to be suited to Muttiah Muralitharan rather than quick bowlers, so I think they will be slow and low."
