Healy helps Worthy to winning start

Nigel Worthington got off to a winning start as Northern Ireland manager with a brace from prolific scorer David Healy helping his side to a 3-1 Euro 2008 qualifier success against Liechtenstein.

The Fulham striker was on target in the fifth and 34th minutes to take his tally to 11 in the campaign and 31 overall.

Kyle Lafferty added a third and although Mario Frick scored a late consolation goal the province are now second in qualifying Group F behind leaders Sweden.
