Henin reclaims Warsaw crown

World number one Justine Henin added another trophy to her cabinet on Monday with a straight-sets victory over Alona Bondarenko in the delayed final of the J&S Cup.

The match had originally been scheduled for Sunday, but persistent rain at the Warsaw competition forced a 24-hour postponement.

The delay had little effect on Belgian Henin, however, as she eased to a 6-1 6-3 victory over her Ukrainian opponent to claim the crown she also won in 2005.

It was the third title of the year for the French Open champion, adding to the trophies she lifted in Dubai and Doha in February.
