Hungarian winger Halmosi joins from Plymouth for what is thought to be a club record fee of £2million, although the Tigers are yet to confirm the cost of the deal.
Boateng was expected to cost £1million from Middlesbrough with Warner available on a free after being released by Fulham at the end of last season.
The trio follow the signings of Craig Fagan, Geovanni and Bernard Mendy as manager Phil Brown continues his preparations for the promoted club's first Barclays Premier League campaign.
Halmosi, 28, has penned a four-year contract after agreeing terms and passing a medical earlier this week.
The Hungary international cost Plymouth £400,000 when his loan move from Debrecen was made permanent last year.
Dutchman Boateng, 32, boasts a wealth of Premier League experience having played for Coventry, Aston Villa and Boro in the past 11 years.
He and Warner have both signed for two years, the much-travelled goalkeeper having been a free agent.
Warner began his career at Liverpool but had to join Millwall for first-team experience. He moved to Fulham in 2006 but has also had loan spells at a number of clubs.
