Kerr makes Sale switch

Sale Sharks have announced the signing of Scotland international prop Gavin Kerr.

Kerr, capped 50 times, has agreed a two-year contract and will join the Sharks from Edinburgh.

Sale rugby director Kingsley Jones said: "Gavin has a wealth of experience at the highest level and has the added extra of being able to play at both tighthead and loosehead."

He added: "He has played in two World Cups and is another important signing for the club next season."
