Kuznetsova feeling confident

Former US Open champion Svetlana Kuznetsova has fired a Wimbledon warning to Venus Williams ahead of the pair's intriguing Centre Court quarter-final battle today.

The Russian, who is in the last eight for the third time, believes she has hit the best grass-court form of her career during this tournament so far.

The 22-year-old, who skated into the last eight by brushing aside the challenge of 16-year-old Tamira Paszek, said: "I started playing not so good in my first match and now I'm playing better than I've ever played in the tournament. Now I am starting to love playing on grass."
