Lakin to quit KR

Hull KR chief executive Paul Lakin is to leave the engage Super League club next month to take up a position as head of commercial affairs at football club Wolves.

Rovers are thought to have already lined up a successor to Lakin, who joined them as commercial director in November 2004 and oversaw their promotion to the top flight.

Hull KR chairman Neil Hudgell said: "On behalf of the board and everyone involved at the club, I want to wish Paul the very best of success in his new role at Molineux."
