Cardiff looked to be heading for a deserved win when substitute Paul Parry curled a fine effort past Blackpool keeper Paul Rachubka seven minutes from time.

However, Blackpool threw everything at Cardiff and in the fourth minute of stoppage time, the ball fell to on-loan Rangers midfielder Gow, who drilled in a superb left-footed strike from 20 yards that gave Tom Heaton no chance.

The result maintained Cardiff's unbeaten start away from home in the league, while Blackpool extended their unbeaten run to four games.
