McManus knocked out in derby

The skipper was stretchered off unconscious at half-time wearing an oxygen mask following a sickening clash of heads with Daniel Cousin and received treatment from paramedics at Ibrox before being taken to hospital.
"It was just a clash of heads," said Strachan. "The good news is that he has regained consciousness and he is sitting up so that is great news. I think the worst of it is over and I hope I'm right in saying that."
Strachan added: "He was still here in the dressing room at half-time. There were about eight or nine paramedics and we were concerned about Mick at that time.
"It's worrying when you see someone at half-time all braced up with a mask on trying to breathe."
Strachan is refusing to look ahead to the midweek Champions League game against Benfica in Lisbon until he has come to terms with the 3-0 defeat at Ibrox.
"The better team won because when they had their chances they took them and we didn't," he said.
"They were better at close contact as well, something that our boys who are new to the derby games will have to learn.
"That will be a fantastic experience for these guys and they know fine well that to survive in the football world in Glasgow you have to be able to deal with that.
"It's a lesson for the guys who have never played in a derby game before. I think one or two were surprised by the nature of the game. Maybe we didn't emphasise that more but I'm sure we did mention that it might get a bit tasty!"
