Middlesex meet Kent in Twenty 20 final

Middlesex tempered Steve Harmison's joy at earning an England recall as ferocious hitting by Tyron Henderson helped them overcome Durham by eight wickets to reach their first Twenty20 Cup final at the Rose Bowl.

Shaun Pollock (15) provided some late momentum for Durham before being bowled by the final ball of the innings from Henderson as his closed on 138 for six, but Henderson hit 59 off 21 balls as Middlesex finished 141-2.

Middlesex will now take on holders Kent, who defeated Essex by 14 runs, in the final under lights on Saturday evening.
