Mourinho tempers Spanish high

Mourinho revelled in their 2-1 victory over Valencia - sealed by a 90th-minute goal from Michael Essien - but then virtually admitted that it is far from certain he will be at Chelsea next term.
Mourinho said ominously: "What I want is to remain in England with Chelsea but sometimes in life you cannot get what you wish and what you want. If I can't coach there I would like to coach another team."
The English champions had looked down and out after former Liverpool striker Fernando Morientes had given the hosts a first-half lead on the night and a 2-1 aggregate advantage.
But Chelsea's fighting spirit, a resilience that has seen them score 25 goals in the final 10 minutes of matches this season, once again came to their rescue.
Andriy Shevchenko, vilified as a failure for much of this season following his £30 million move from AC Milan last summer, levelled in the 52nd minute before Essien sealed the win with a fine angled drive.
But the Ghanaian international will miss the first leg of their semi-final after picking up an early booking and Michael Ballack admitted Chelsea would feel Essien's loss.
Ballack declared: "He is an important player for us and it is not good that he is suspended."
