Murray trying to make up for lost time

Andy Murray admits the timing of his return has made things more "difficult" than they might have been.

With the American hardcourt season in full swing, the 20-year-old is set to make his first appearance since May against world number 58 Robby Ginepri in the Rogers Cup.

And despite his liking for the surface, Murray believes the strains it will place on his wrist could prove problematic, saying: "Going on to the American hardcourts is difficult because you need to play with a lot of top spin and the ball bounces up really high. It's difficult for me but I have to give it time and be patient. I'm just happy to be back and feeling no pain."
