Rams complete double swoop

Rob Hulse has completed his move to Derby from Championship rivals Sheffield United in a deal worth £1.75million.

The 29-year-old former Crewe, West Brom and Leeds striker has signed a three-year deal at Pride Park.

The Rams have also signed Poland international midfielder Przemyslaw Kazmierczak on a season-long loan from Portuguese champions Porto.

Kazmierczak, 26, becomes County manager Paul Jewell's 11th signing since the club was relegated from the Premier League.

The 6ft 3ins started his career in his home country at LKS Lodz and also played for Piotrcovia Piortkow Trybunalski and Pogin Szczecin before moving to Portugal with Boavista in 2006.

He joined Porto in July last year and was involved in their Champions League campaign, starting against Liverpool at Anfield.
