Rams must learn from 'embarrassment'

The Rams still need five more points to beat Sunderland's record low top-flight total of 15 for the season, and Jewell insists he will take his full share of responsibility for their plight.
"I've been in charge for 20-odd games and we haven't got enough points," he conceded.
"I think there were mitigating circumstances - but I am not hiding behind anyone else and I will take the criticism," he added. "Whatever happens this season, we can't just write it off. We have all made mistakes and we have to learn from them and come back better from it."
The Rams went down fighting, Emanuel Villa grabbing a 79th-minute equaliser after Hameur Bouazza's heavily deflected effort appeared to have given Fulham a long-awaited away win.
But Jewell acknowledged his side's bright performance could not obscure the fact that they have been woefully short of quality since their top-flight campaign began in August.
"We have been embarrassed this year, there is no doubt about it. But we have got to use that as a yardstick not just to come back but to come back competitively.
"We never got off to a good start and we've been playing catch-up ever since. We haven't been good enough individually or collectively - but everything we've learnt we have to use to turn things around.
"I have never been more determined to see a job through in my life and make the job successful. This is a brilliant club with unbelievable supporters - and if I give them what they want I'll be a happy man."
Fulham boss Roy Hodgson said: "Next week we must look for a much-needed win over Sunderland - and if we get that who knows? Every time we get a win people say we'll make it, and every time we lose people say we're doomed. I'm getting quite used to it."
