Randall, who recently made his 100th consecutive appearance for the Londoners, twisted his knee during last Saturday's 32-16 defeat by Huddersfield.

It will be the first time he has sat out a match for Quins through injury. He missed his only previous game, back in April 2006, through illness.

Quins will also be without scrum-half Danny Orr, who has a knee injury, and coach Brian McDermott is poised to give a debut to 18-year-old French junior international Tony Gigot on his home soil.

Gigot, a stand-off, joined the club from Avignon in May and has caught the eye of McDermott while playing in the reserves.
