Reds cautious despite romp

The Reds roared back to form at Anfield as they crushed Besiktas 8-0 to keep alive their hopes of reaching the knockout stages but, after collecting just one point from their opening three Group A games, Rafael Benitez's side still have plenty of ground to make up on Porto and Marseille in their final two matches.
"It is a very good result," said defender Fabio Aurelio. "It's job done but we have to think of the next games."
Porto are their next opponents at Anfield in three weeks before they face Marseille next month, and the Reds know both are likely to be must-win encounters.
Aurelio added: "Everyone can still get through but we have to have confidence in ourselves and win the next two games. We know that we are very strong here and we have confidence in ourselves."
Peter Crouch set Liverpool on the way to their emphatic victory with the first of his two goals before Yossi Benayoun stole the show with a hat-trick.
Ryan Babel came off the bench to add another two - and head against the crossbar - while captain Steven Gerrard also got on the scoresheet.
Defeat for Liverpool would almost certainly have condemned a side that has twice reached the final of Europe's elite competition in the last three years to an embarrassing early exit.
With that in mind, the 2005 winners attacked at every opportunity and, in contrast to their recent domestic travails in front of goal, they managed to convert most of their chances.
"In a couple of games we had some chances to score but didn't," added Aurelio. "Here we scored all of them and that is very important for the confidence of the attack."
