Rhinos ace Buderus facing scan

Leeds fear hooker Danny Buderus may have suffered ankle ligament damage after a collision with Wigan's Andy Coley on Friday night.

The former Newcastle Knights forward was carried off on a stretcher during the second half of the Rhinos' 28-10 engage Super League defeat at the DW Stadium.

Coach Brian McClennan said: "We won't know what type of ankle injury it is until we get an MRI scan, but we suspect it is ligament damage."

Wigan will also check on the fitness of their centre George Carmont, who suffered a shoulder injury in the same game.
