Rovers bring in Cook

Hull KR have signed Bradford Bulls second row forward Matt Cook on a two-year contract from 2010.

The 22-year-old former dual-code schoolboy international has made 62 appearances in Super League, but only four of them have been in the second half of this season and all of them were from the bench.

Cook, who was a member of England's successful Federation Shield squad in 2006, becomes the first of two expected signings for Rovers and the first to be announced since Super League clubs were officially able to approach out-of-contract players from midnight on Monday night.
