Rovers earn famous win

Sean Long's 70th-minute drop-goal handed Saints a 19-18 advantage but they were punished five minutes later when Dobson slotted a routine penalty to give Rovers victory.
Three times Saints led through converted tries from Tony Puletua, Gary Wheeler and Paul Wellens but three times Rovers hit back with scores from Ben Galea, Peter Fox and Jake Webster.
Elsewhere on Friday Huddersfield pulled off a 16-12 win, their first in the league at Bradford for 40 years to maintain their bright start under new coach Nathan Brown.
Full-back and skipper Brett Hodgson was the inspiration as the Giants followed up their shock opening 30-8 win over Catalans Dragons in Perpignan by claiming a second major scalp in three matches.
They were forced to withstand an early barrage from the Bulls as captain Paul Deacon kicked them into a 6-0 lead, but the Giants fought back to earn a 10-6 interval advantage thanks to tries from Martin Aspinwall and Jamahl Lolesi.
Meanwhile, James Lowes' position as coach of Warrington is set to come under further scrutiny after his side were ruthlessly dismissed 48-22 by a rampant Wakefield at Belle Vue.
Lowes' expensively-assembled squad have now lost their last eight games, stretching back to last season when they failed to make the play-offs, and it remains to be seen how much more time club owner Simon Moran is prepared to give the ex-Bradford hooker to turn things around.
And Hull produced a dominant display to maintain their 100% start to the new season at the expense of Catalans Dragons.
The hosts gradually increased the pressure after a cagey opening at the KC Stadium and were well rewarded with tries for Shaun Berrigan, Craig Hall, Tom Briscoe and Richard Horne. Danny Tickle also weighed in with six goals as Hull claimed a deserved victory against a side that struggled to create attacking momentum.
