Rovers trial for Egypt international

Egypt midfielder Ahmed Al-Muhammadi is set to undergo a trial with Barclays Premier League club Blackburn.

The ENPPI player has confirmed he will travel to Ewood Park this week for a meeting with coach Paul Ince, before a possible move in the January transfer window.

"I will fly to England on Thursday for a trial with Blackburn, upon the request of their manager," Muhammadi told www.filgoal.com. "Coach Ince wanted to see me before opening talks with my club regarding a transfer in the winter break."

The 21-year-old has been a regular member of the Egypt squad since his debut against Mauritania last year.
