Scholes calls for repeat performance

Scholes is expected to be part of the United side that tackles Inter at Old Trafford after sitting out the goalless last-16 first leg at the San Siro a fortnight ago.
But the former England midfielder does not feel too much more has to change to ease United into the last eight after a dominant performance in Milan that went unrewarded. Scholes said: "We didn't allow Inter to play and the only thing that was missing was the goal."
He added: "We created enough chances to win two or three games and I accept 0-0 can be a dangerous scoreline.
"But if the first game is anything to go by, we should have a great chance."
United's chances of victory have been aided greatly by confirmation that Rio Ferdinand and John O'Shea are fit after suffering weekend injuries.
Ferguson has had a team in mind since Sunday, with Scholes and Ryan Giggs among the potential starters after sitting out the destruction of Fulham at Craven Cottage.
It promises to be an intriguing battle, not least because Jose Mourinho has such an outstanding head-to-head record against Ferguson.
On the 13 occasions the two men have met, Ferguson has emerged victorious just once, not that Scholes feels it will have any effect whatsoever. Scholes said: "I don't think Jose Mourinho being their manager has any bearing on the actual game.
"It didn't during the first one. He is just the manager of their team. There is not much he can do on the night."
