The Spurs bench were unhappy with the language used by a supporter during their 3-0 defeat to Arsene Wenger's men, while Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has previously criticised the design of the stadium for being too open.
Spurs boss Harry Redknapp said: "He was swearing and there were little kids standing there. I don't understand why people do that. I just asked if he could behave himself and act like a proper human being."
Redknapp's men were undone by Robin van Persie's opener and Cesc Fabregas scoring straight from the following kick-off.
"We committed suicide really and it cost us," Redknapp said. "It was Sunday-morning stuff, you see that play on the park. All three goals were scandalous."
Redknapp is still confident about his side's ability to sustain a top-four challenge, adding: "There is no gap between the clubs in my opinion. I think two mistakes turned the game upside down.
"We've got 19 points and we'll still be right up there at the end of the season."
