Storrie in Pompey takeover talks

The uncertainty over Sulaiman Al Fahim's proposed takeover of the Barclays Premier League club has led to the club exploring other options.
And the club revealed they are "very positive" about talks with the consortium on Wednesday - although they say Al Fahim may be involved.
A statement on the club's official website read: "A new consortium led by chief executive officer Peter Storrie is in negotiations with the new owner of Portsmouth FC to buy the Premier League club.
"The group are very positive about the talks and are confident that the deal can be completed. Sulaiman Al Fahim may partner the new consortium through Al Fahim Asia Associates.
"The necessary Premier League regulations and requirements regarding beneficial ownership will be complied with.
"No further comment will be made by the club until any purchase is complete."
Al Fahim was in the stands at Fratton Park on Saturday to watch the opening game of the new Barclays Premier League campaign, which Paul Hart's makeshift side lost 1-0 against Fulham.
Alexandre Gaydamak is trying to sell the club and Hart is considered the favourite with the bookmakers to be the first top-flight manager sacked this season, having seen several of his first-team players squad leave, most notably Glen Johnson and Peter Crouch, whose moves to Liverpool and Tottenham respectively fetched £26million.
The ongoing takeover situation has left Hart unable to bring in anyone on a permanent basis.
