Talei joins Warriors

Worcester have signed Fijian back row Netani Talei from National League One club Doncaster on a one-year contract.

Talei, 24, who has won seven caps for Fiji and is currently competing in the IRB Pacific Nations Cup, can play at flanker or number eight.

"Netani is an exceptional athlete and is a very dynamic ball carrier, footballer and defender," said Warriors director of rugby Mike Ruddock. "I did a large amount of homework on the best players in National One and his name came up repeatedly from my rugby contacts."
