Terry faces Monday deadline

Terry has been ruled out of Saturday's encounter with Estonia after picking up a knee injury in training two days ago.
"John's knee has settled down a little bit, so we hope that process will continue a bit more over the next two or three days," said McClaren. "He will be assessed on Monday and then we will make a decision over Russia."
Although the Chelsea captain was sent for a scan on Thursday, his left knee was still so badly swollen it was impossible to achieve an accurate diagnosis of the problem.
Indeed, so pessimistic were some of the reports over his fitness that it was feared Terry might require surgery.
McClaren added: "Anyone who knows John Terry will know he is desperate to play and, while he is still a big doubt for Russia, we are buoyed by the latest news and we will keep our fingers crossed for him."
