Tickle off the hook

Hull's goalkicking second rower Danny Tickle will maintain his ever-present record this season after winning his appeal against a two-match ban.

The former Halifax and Wigan forward, who was found guilty of a dangerous tackle during his side's win over Harlequins on August 21, has had his suspension quashed by an appeals panel.

Tickle, who must still pay a £300 fine, will now be free to play against his old club Wigan in Friday's engage Super League game at the DW Stadium.

Tickle has appeared in all of Hull's 26 League and Cup games this season and scored in all but one.
