Tres will take no chances

England opener Marcus Trescothick would love to return to Test cricket - but insists he will not put his long-term health at risk to do so.

The Somerset left-hander has not played at the highest level since August last year because of a stress-related illness which twice forced him to return at the start of high-profile overseas tours.

Trescothick, who made a comeback for his county last summer, told BBC Radio 5 Live. "I still have aspirations to do it (play Test cricket). (But) I will not sacrifice my health to make it happen again. My life is more important after cricket."
