Mickelson holds a one-stoke lead over English duo Fisher and Casey, with Ireland's Harrington just a shot further back.
World number two Mickelson is 11-under-par overall through nine after reaching the turn one-under for his third round after carding three birdies against two bogeys.
Casey stormed out of the blocks this morning with three brides in four holes to start his round and reached the turn with a four-under 32 after picking up another shot at the ninth.
Another birdie to start the back nine left the Ryder Cup winner with a bogey-free five-under third round through 11 holes, while Fisher was equally impressive to reach the turn in a bogey-free two-under-par.
Wentworth-based Fisher fired back-to-back 68s to earn his place in Saturday's final group alongside Mickelson and overnight leader Kevin Stadler, who dropped back to nine under after struggling in the blustery conditions.
