Twenty20 cheer for Sussex

Two days after losing to Hampshire at Lord's, the Sharks comfortably defended a total of 152 for nine to beat Warwickshire Bears by 38 runs in front of a 6,800 crowd at Hove and extend their winning sequence in the competition to six matches.
Sussex's slow bowlers were again impressive, with off-spinner Rory Hamilton-Brown finishing the Bears off with four for 15 from only three overs.
Hamilton-Brown struck twice in three balls after coming on in the 15th over. Tony Frost dragged his first delivery onto the off stump and Warwickshire's hopes effectively ended with the dismissal of Jonathan Trott two balls later.
Meanwhile, Kent will make their third straight appearance at Twenty20 Cup finals day following a comfortable 56-run quarter-final win over Durham Dynamos.
In front of an 8,000 crowd in Canterbury - the biggest at St Lawrence in over a decade - the 2007 Cup winners skittled the Dynamos out for 93, to win with 16 balls to spare.
Only Dale Benkenstein (47 from 42 balls) and Kyle Coetzer (12) reached double figures for the visitors.
Chasing 150 to win at an asking rate of 7.5 runs an over, Durham made the worst of starts by losing pinch-hitting opener Phil Mustard to the first ball of the pursuit.
Three of their first four batsmen bagged ducks and it was always an uphill struggle from there, the Dynamos eventually bowled out for under 100.
