O'Neill has been named the Barclays Manager of the Month and Agbonlahor has picked up the player of the month award after Villa recorded four consecutive wins in November, scoring 11 goals in the process and cementing their place in the top half of the Premier League.

England Under-21 striker Agbonlahor picked up the award for the first time after a successful month which saw him score the winner in the derby win over Birmingham.

O'Neill has picked up the award for the fifth time, the second as Villa boss, after last receiving the accolade in April.
