The Reds cleared the decks for their final assault on the Barclays Premier League with a 4-4 draw at Chelsea that saw them concede the tie 7-5 on aggregate.
With their European campaign over, they can now focus all their attention on snatching United's domestic crown and Reina said: "We are positive on the Premiership. There are six games remaining and we must win them all."
He added: "Of course it's in Man Utd's hands and doesn't just depend on us but I hope Man Utd will drop points.
"It seems like they're not playing at their best but neither are we. We'll have to see what happens.
"They are under a lot of pressure. They are leaders and are in a great situation. All we can do is try to win every game.
"We will never give up, we are Liverpool and that's our character, it's the way we are. We will fight until the very end."
Far from being demoralised by the demise of their European dream, Reina believes Liverpool should take heart from their courageous display.
"We are very disappointed but we must be proud of ourselves. We gave it all but we couldn't manage to turn them over," Reina added.
"We played for Liverpool with heart. All we could give was passion and commitment. To be a Liverpool player is a pleasure."
