The 23-year-old centre, whose deal would have expired at the end of this season, will now stay with the Black and Whites until 2010, earning himself a testimonial in the process.

"I am delighted to have got my future sorted out," he said. "Despite all the speculation, Hull is the only club I wanted to play for."

He added: "It has been said I am going to one club or another but I really enjoy playing for Hull - they are my team.

"I think we are on the up and going places. I want to not just be a part of that, but also play my part in making Hull FC a major force."

Yeaman has made 20 appearances for Hull this season, scoring six tries.
