London & Stamford seeks property cash

PROPERTY vulture London & Stamford has told investors it wants to raise more money to keep buying bombed out retail real estate.

The Aim-listed company was floated by industry veterans Raymond Mould and Patrick Vaughan to acquire distressed properties and recently bought the retail park near Aintree racecourse in Liverpool and half of Sheffield's Meadowhall shopping centre.
