Quintain sees hope in property market

London developer Quintain Estates today said the hobbled commercial property market is finally showing signs of life, but warned that prices could continue to fall.

The regeneration specialist, which is developing almost 300 acres of land around Wembley Stadium and Greenwich Peninsula, also revealed bad debts at the end of June were double what they were a year before at £580,000 as a result of the collapse of MFI.
