Terms and Conditions

12 Day Caribbean Sailing Adventure competition:

No purchase is necessary to enter the competition

The competition is open to anyone aged 18 and over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Global Yacht Racing or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

The prize is a 12 day Caribbean cruise with Global Yacht Training for 2 people

The specified dates will be confirmed with the winner upon notification of winning.

The specified dates will be nominated by Global Yacht Racing according to availability and will not be negotiable.

If for any reason Global Yacht Racing does not run any race training weekends, RYA courses or Caribbean cruises in 2009, there will be no alternative prize.

The decision as to whether to sail or not lies with the skipper of the boat and his/her decision is final

By entering the prize draw all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.

It is a condition of entry that the winner co-operates fully for publicity purposes if so required. By entering the competition you accept that your details will be used by Global Yacht Racing to keep you informed about their products and services, if you do not wish to receive any news or updates send a blank email to unsubscribe@globalaychtracing.com

The winner must abide by Global Yacht Racing's booking terms and conditions for yacht race training courses and RYA training courses and fill in a crew application form. The winner must be in good health with no medical reasons why they should not take part in yacht racing and or sailing.

Proof of sending an entry via email or any other permitted means is not proof of receipt

There is no cash prize or alternative

PADI 5 Day Open Water course competition:

A minimum of 3 people is required in order for a course to run (unless otherwise stated).

Andark reserves the right to vary or cancel, at its discretion, a course or its contents, where the circumstances necessitate.

Andark reserves the right to refuse admission onto a course.

Andark does not accept provisional bookings

Reservations will only be confirmed upon receipt of a completed signed booking form.

Telephone bookings will be deemed to be cancelled if the booking form and medical are not received within 5 working days.

Lost or broken equipment (caused by student) must be paid for by student.

Inland dive sites may be used – any associated entry fee or boat charges must be met by student.

Transport to and from dive sites are student's responsibility.

Usual Evening Standard competition rules apply
