The Visit London People's Choice Awards used public nominations to compile shortlists in eight categories including best retailer, best West End show and best family fun day.
Now organisers want people to vote online for a winner in each section, to be announced at a ceremony sponsored by the Evening Standard at the Royal Albert Hall.
All votes must be made by 2 November so they can be counted ahead of the awards event on 27 November, hosted by 95.8 Capital FM DJ's Johnny Vaughan and Lisa Snowden.
The finalists in the Evening Standard categories for the 2008 Visit London People's Choice Awards are:
