United agree fee to sign star Ramsey

Manchester United have agreed a fee for Cardiff teenager Aaron Ramsey.
The 17-year-old midfielder will now discuss personal terms and undergo a medical at Old Trafford.
The Championship team confirmed they have received bids from two other Premier League teams - thought to be Arsenal and Liverpool.
Although, one of those offers has also been accepted, Cardiff refused to reveal the identity of the club.
Ramsey played 22 games last season and came on as a substitute in the FA Cup Final defeat to Portsmouth.
