Armstrong will make his road return Down Under

Lance Armstrong announced today he is to make his professional road cycling comeback in next January's Tour Down Under in South Australia.
The American, who retired after winning a seventh Tour de France title in 2005, said he wanted to prove wrong allegations of doping in his 1999 victory.
In 2006, an independent investigator cleared Armstrong, and International cycling chief Pat McQuaid said: "Give him a chance. I don't believe he's a cheat."
