Roy Keane could be heading for another row with Jack Warner after Dwight Yorke was called up by Trinidad and Tobago.

Keane and FIFA vice-president Warner, a special advisor for the islands' FA, clashed this month after the Sunderland boss pulled Yorke out of a World Cup qualifier against the United States.

The manager felt the 36-year-old could not cope with the match just four days after he played against Guatemala.

Warner accused Keane of being "callous, mean and disrespectful", while the Irishman's response was to brand Warner "a clown".

Yorke has been selected for next month's friendly against Dominican Republic and World Cup qualifiers with Guatemala and the USA.

Keane's anger today, though, was directed at his players after Sunderland needed penalties to knock Northampton out of the Carling Cup.

He said: "It was probably one of the worst and longest nights I have ever had. It was a shambles. I couldn't wait to see the back of it.

"I have had some bad nights and bad days — doing my cruciate, sendings off, losing titles — but this is certainly up there with them."
