FA rule out Rooney rap

Wayne Rooney will not be punished by the Football Association for his badge-kissing antics at Goodison Park on Saturday.
Sir Alex Ferguson substituted Rooney after the striker became increasingly frustrated during Manchester United's 1-1 draw with Everton. Rooney responded by kissing his badge, a move which clearly could be regarded as inflammatory at his former club.
However, the FA have confirmed they will not be investigating the matter further as referee Alan Wiley saw the incident at the time and spoke to Rooney about it.
