Four vie for top place

Evening Standard   29 Oct 2008

Four unbeaten teams are neck-and-neck at the top of the Evening Standard schools' 1st XV league.

Wellington, Bedford, Epsom and Pangbourne boast 100 per cent records but will soon be playing each other.

Bedford have kept form following impressive early wins against Warwick, Oakham and Oundle.

Epsom's closest encounter was a one-point win over Tonbridge.
