It's Hammer time: former Spainish international striker could make his West Ham debut against Middlesbrough

Zola set to give Tristan Boro debut

Former Spanish international striker Diego Tristan looks likely to be included in West Ham's squad for the first time tomorrow as Gianfranco Zola's side go to Middlesbrough desperate to stop a run of four defeats.

Tristan has signed a one-year deal with West Ham after leaving Italian club Livorno and has been working hard to build up his fitness.

The 32-year-old, who scored 78 goals in 177 matches for Deportivo La Coruna, could start on the bench.

Swiss international midfield player Valon Behrami (calf) is definitely out but Scott Parker could return along with club captain Lucas Neill.
