Luke Donald is to make his return from injury in the Sun City golf challenge next month.
Donald has not played since injuring his left wrist during the US Open in June and underwent surgery in August.
The 30-year-old Ryder Cup player replaces Anthony Kim after the American withdrew with an ankle problem.
The 12-man event starts at the Gary Player Country Club in South Africa on 4 December.
