Sir Alex Ferguson faces a dilemma over Dimitar Berbatov ahead of Manchester derby
27 Nov 2008Sir Alex Ferguson admits he faces a tough decision about whether to select Dimitar Berbatov against Manchester City on Sunday.
The Manchester United striker missed the goalless draws at Aston Villa and Villarreal after injuring his hamstring while on international duty with Bulgaria.
But Berbatov was set to return to training today and Ferguson has not ruled out using the former Tottenham man at Eastlands
"With hamstrings you've got to be careful and it's not an easy one," said the United manager.
"He's never had a hamstring injury before and we have to judge whether it's wise to use him on Sunday or put him on the bench."
Midfielder Paul Scholes could return next week having been sidelined since September with damaged knee ligaments.
