Hogan Ephraim says he has been reinvigorated under new Queens Park Rangers manager Paulo Sousa, writes Ben Hunt.

The 20-year-old is relishing his run in the first team and has been an ever-present since Sousa took over from Gareth Ainsworth.

And the former West Ham winger, who has recovered from his shin problem, looks set to keep his place in the side to face Sheffield Wednesday tonight.

Ephraim said: "Every time he (Sousa) puts me in the team it gives me great confidence. There's not a better confidence-booster than that. I'm part of it all now so I'm really pleased. Long may it continue.

"I've got more responsibility defensively, but that's good. The manager is teaching me different aspects of it and it's going well."
