Watford snap up Chelsea defender on loan
2 Jan 2009Watford manager Brendan Rodgers has made his second loan signing of the transfer window after snapping up Jack Cork from Chelsea.
The young defender, son of former Wimbledon striker Alan, joins the Hornets for the rest of the season.
Cork has had previous loan spells at Southampton, Scunthorpe and Bournemouth.
Rodgers had already agreed a deal to bring England Under-21 defender Gavin Hoyte to Vicarage Road from Arsenal for the remainder of the campaign.
