Big Sam warned of Blyth's spartan look
5 Jan 2009Chairman Tony Platten believes the culture shock could throw Blackburn out of their stride when they face his Blyth Spartans team at a bleak Croft Park tonight.
Sam Allardyce takes his side to the Blue Square North strugglers with the winners at Sunderland, and Platten said: "Blackburn won't know what to expect with a tight little ground, a pitch that is not to Premier League standard and a changing room that isn't anywhere near the standard of the Premier League's palatial changing."
