Brentford are planning to extend their Rhodes loan

02.02.09

Brentford manager Andy Scott wants to extend the loan of Jordan Rhodes (below) after the Ipswich striker's hat-trick in the 3-1 win at Shrewsbury.

Ahead of tomorrow's trip to Morecambe which could see the Bees close to within a point of League Two leaders Wycombe, he said: "We feel it would be great for Jordan's development to stay here."

Millwall manager Kenny Jackett is set to make changes in midfield for tomorrow's clash with Colchester after Saturday's 2-1 home defeat to Scunthorpe.

Jackett said: "We need to become more aggressive."

Leyton Orient owner Barry Hearn will resume talks over the sale of the club with the consortium led by David Beckham's long-term adviser Terry Byrne in the wake of their last-gasp 1-0 home defeat to Yeovil.

Dagenham lost 1-0 to Darlington but Ben Strevens, who had two goals disallowed, said: "We were been beaten by dodgy decisions."

Barnet striker Paul Furlong scored in their 2-1 defeat at Exeter.
