There's still hope: Jackett says that Millwall still have a chance of getting an automatic promotion place

Jackett eyes automatic promotion for his Lions

Kenny Kackett has not given up hope of Millwall snatching an automatic promotion place.

A 1-0 defeat at home to Leicester has left Millwall eight points behind second-placed Peterborough and boss Jackett (below) said: "There is still a chance, it very much depends on how we do over the next 10 games.

Leyton Orient boss Geraint Williams hopes Simon Church will build on his goal in the 1-0 win at Stockport. "He's now showing that if the chances come along he'll take them," he said.

BRENTFORD scorer Sam Williams aims to fire the side into League One after scoring in the 3-3 draw with Wycombe. The striker, on loan from Aston Villa, said. "I want to help this team carry on winning."

Barnet crashed to a 2-1 defeat at Morecambe but Ian Hendon still wants the job on a full-time basis.

"I've been given the job until the end of the season and my brief is to keep the team in the League," he said. "The job's not done yet but if I can do it then hopefully it will happen."

DAGENHAM drew 1-1 at Chesterfield thanks to an injury-time strike from Sam Saunders.

Millwall's biggest problems lies with lack of goals scored. Any team with the lowest goals scored never fared well. Fact.
