Liegertwood: Adel's able to lead us to glory

Mikele Liergertwood is counting on loan-signing Adel Taarabt to lead Queens Park Rangers to the play-offs.

Taarabt, who has failed to break into the first team at Tottenham, proved too tricky for Bristol City, scoring the decider in a 2-1 win. Liegertwood said: "He's fitted in very well - he's got that swagger about him. Certain people like to win tackles to build confidence, but he likes to nutmeg people and do tricks."

Charlton face a mass exodus when they are relegated. The 0-0 draw with Preston means they are 14 points from safety and coach Mark Kinsella admitted: "I'd say there are around 14 players out of contract at the end of the season." Watford skipper Jay DeMerit limped off during the 0-0 draw at Ipswich but boss Brendan Rodgers said: "Jay is fine and will go on for international duty with America."

Crystal Palace boss Neil Warnock insists Nathaniel Clyne and Victor Moses are not for sale - unless the price is right.

The pair impressed in a 0-0 draw with Reading and Warnock said: "They will not leave unless it's silly money. I've got my ideas of exactly these two are worth. It's not peanuts."
